Technologies, Inc., was established in 1994. Our corporate headquarters
is in Knoxville, Tennessee. We are a Minority-Owned, Small
Disadvantaged Business and a licensed Tennessee General Contractor.

GEM's Project Managers have the requisite tools, knowledge, education

valuable experience supporting numerous federal government agencies,
municipal governments, various universities, and an assortment
of private industry enterprises.
GEM Technologies, Inc., was formally inducted into the Oak
Ridge National Laboratory's Mentor Protégé Program on January
22, 2003. GEM was recognized as a Mentor Protégé for
2003, 2004 and 2005 and is now a Mentor Protégé Alumnus.
The Mentor Protégé Program is a Department of Energy
initiative designed to assist technical related firms in an effort
to enhance their capability to perform contracts and subcontracts
for Oak Ridge National Laboratory (managed by UT-Battelle) and
other DOE Laboratories and Prime Contractors.
GEM Technologies, Inc., has earned several community and national
awards of recognition, including an award from Mayor Bill Purcell
of Nashville, during the 2002 Minority Enterprise Development Week,
and GEM was named Small Disadvantaged Business of the Year by one
of the leading federal prime contractors, UT-Battelle.
